By completing the checkout process, you place a binding order. We acknowledge receipt electronically; the purchase contract is concluded when we hand over the items to the parcel carrier. If an item is out of stock or customer details cannot be verified, we reserve the right to decline the order. Any payments already made will be refunded in full.

All prices are stated in EUR including applicable VAT. Applicable delivery fees will be detailed in the checkout area before payment. Available payment methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it prior to dispatch; you may then proceed with the order at the corrected price or cancel it free of charge.

Our images show the actual products. Why does the color tone on screen sometimes differ slightly? Screens display colors differently depending on settings and lighting, which is why minor variations do not constitute a defect and do not entitle you to free return shipping or a refund. Who is liable during delivery? Until the courier hands the parcel over to you or an authorized person, the risk of transit remains with us. Responsibility passes to you only upon handover. Please ensure visible damage to the packaging is recorded directly with the courier and reported to us within 48 hours.

Looking to make an exchange? You can return items to us within 14 days of receipt in accordance with the instructions on our returns page. Statutory warranty provisions of the Federal Republic of Germany for material defects under the German Civil Code (BGB) apply for two years from receipt of the goods. The delivered devices comply with applicable European safety and EMC directives.

• Sealed ear care, cleaning, and hygiene products whose seal was removed after delivery
• Goods that, after delivery, were inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature
• Audio or video recordings, or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was broken after delivery

In cases of minor negligence, the liability of Vitalnoreviawk GmbH is limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract, up to the total value of the respective order. This does not apply to intentional acts, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory consumer rights or mandatory liability obligations.

Orders in our shop require a minimum age of 18 years. Always use hearing protection and hearing aids in accordance with the package instructions, as our products are not a substitute for professional medical consultation.

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably through discussion, the courts at the seller's registered office have jurisdiction, provided mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence do not state otherwise.
