Transaction-related order data remains archived in accordance with tax and commercial law requirements and is subsequently deleted irrevocably. Account registration data is kept until your account is closed. We retain statistical usage data for 14 months.

No credit card details are collected or processed in the online shop. Payment is made exclusively free of charge via cash on delivery upon parcel handover to the courier, or via bank transfer in advance to the business account of Vitalnoreviawk GmbH.
