Conditions
Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Electroacoustic devices must be complete, undamaged, in the original box, and without signs of use. Ear care products must be in their original seal and unopened.
The return process
- Send cancellation notice by email to [email protected] stating the order number
- Await receipt of return authorization and the binding German return address
- Pack goods securely in the undamaged original packaging with all accessories and intact hygiene seals
- Receive credit of the refund amount to the specified bank account within 3 to 10 business days after successful inspection of returned goods
Who pays return shipping
Does a device show defects, transport damage, or did you receive the wrong product? In these cases, we cover the postage: you will receive a prepaid shipping label or we will arrange for pickup. If you simply do not like the product, you pay the return shipping costs yourself; we do not charge any additional fees.
Refund timing and method
Once the item passes inspection, we will refund your money within 3 business days. If you paid cash on delivery, we will transfer the amount to your designated checking account; for advance bank transfers, we use the original account. It usually takes 1-5 business days for the bank to credit the amount.

Exchanges
Would you like to choose a different version, fit, or alternative model? Simply return the current item as described and place a new order at the same time. We will refund the amount for the returned product immediately upon receipt. If the exchange was caused by an error on our part, we will ship the new parcel free of charge.
Cancelling an order
As long as the parcel has not yet been handed over to the courier, you can cancel the purchase free of charge. To do so, send us a message with your order number to [email protected]. If the shipment is already on its way, the standard return procedure applies.
