Each device includes three different tips made of medical-grade silicone. Try the sizes at your own pace until the tip sits comfortably in the ear canal without pressure. A proper fit prevents whistling noises when speaking.
what materials are the devices made of
We manufacture the housings from shock-resistant ABS polymer for long durability. The direct earpieces are made of soft medical-grade silicone without plasticizers. Our care drops are based on pure almond oil.
how do i properly clean the silicone piece
Gently pull the silicone tip off the housing. Rinse it with lukewarm water and let it air dry completely. The device itself must never come into contact with water.
how do i pay for my order
We offer payment via cash on delivery or bank transfer. With cash on delivery, you hand the exact invoice amount to the mail carrier. With advance payment, we ship the package once payment is received.
how does the return process work with you
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days to our address in Würzburg. Since these are hygiene items, the seals on the earpieces must be intact. The buyer bears the return shipping costs.
can the package be delivered without an elevator
The mail carrier delivers the package directly to your apartment door, even to higher floors without an elevator. For cash on delivery shipments, please have the cash ready. Orders placed on business days before 12:00 PM are prepared on the same business day.
